Heavy Combat Armor + Some kind of Full Face Helm that covers the Face of the Character (Base Game), and the Marine Wetsuit, Recon Marine Armor with the Recon Marine Mod and Helm for an Improved MJOLNIR look (Far Harbor DLC). Not sure about Power Armor though, because in Halo Legends, that Power Armor was a Prototype. This negates any and all Fall Damage, and Spartans can literally Fall from Space and Survive. Also, pro tip, go to the Mass Fusion Building, Possibly at around Level 40's to try to get the Heavy Free Fall Legs. This includes the Halo Armor/Weapons etc. Halo (Fallout) Spartan, but with Vanilla Fallout 4 Assets plus DLC.
